Indian Army invites online application for 99 posts of Soldier General Duty (Woman Military Police) for recruiting year 2020-21. Soldier General Duty (Woman Military Police)

Vacancies: 99

Educational Qualification : Matric/10th/SSLC or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate and minimum 33% marks in each subject studied at Matric/ 10th/SSLC level without mentioning any specific subjects. 

Age Limit: Between 17½ - 21 years. 

Note: Only female candidates are eligible to apply. 

Physical Standards (For all above posts): 

1) Female Candidates: 

   Height-152 cms,

   Chest- The candidate should be capable     of chest expansion of 05 cms,

   Weight- Proportionate to height and.         age as per Army medical standards.  

Cut off physical Standards: For       candidates belonging to certain         categories/ communities or of certain   states/ areas, the cut off in such   candidates height/ Chest's measurement   will be as per Government norms.     Please see officially released           advertisement for more information.         Candidates must not have knock knee, f   lat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes   and should possess high color vision.   They must be in good mental and bodily   health and free from any physical defect   likely to interfere with the efficient   performance of the duties. 

Candidates Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Recruitment Rally consisting of Physical Fitness Test, Medical examination and written test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE). Recruitment rallies are planned to be conducted at Ambala, Lucknow, Jabalpur, Bangalore, Shillong and Pune. Exact date, time and venue for examination/ interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Army- https://joinindianarmy.nic.in

Upon successful submission of online application from the system generated registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. Do not send any print out/ Hard copy or documents to Indian Army at this stage. All the verification will be done in due course.
